Anna Started Drama on The Bachelor This Week – Here’s What We Know About Her

By | January 26, 2021

Anna Redman made a splash the moment she walked onto The Bachelor, before anyone even knew anything about her, for her uncanny resemblance to former bachelorette Hannah Brown. Since then, though, she’s definitely made a mark on Matt’s season, coming out of nowhere to spark some serious drama with Brittany, one of the five women who joined the show a few episodes late. Up until then, Anna was pretty much in the background of the season, so you might be wondering about her and what’s motivating her at the moment. While we can’t answer for her reasons, we can at least share what we know about her so far! Keep reading for the rundown on Anna and what she says she’s really looking for on this journey.

Geraldine’s Necklace Is the Biggest Clue Yet to What’s Happening on WandaVision

By | January 25, 2021

The first few episodes of WandaVision have been a cute stream of vintage sitcom references, with an increasing level of confusion over what, exactly, is going on here. In the third episode, their “friend” Geraldine appears again, this time with a necklace that looks very familiar. Did we just get a major clue about what’s happening?

Geraldine’s necklace appears during a pivotal scene towards the end of the episode. After she helps Wanda deliver twin sons, Tommy and Billy, Geraldine stands looking at the babies with Wanda. She’s there when a real memory apparently breaks into Wanda’s sitcom life: she remembers her twin brother, Pietro, and starts singing a lullaby to her sons. Geraldine is visibly shaken by this, and, after a moment, she asks Wanda, “He was killed by Ultron, wasn’t he?” Wanda tears up, then asks her to repeat what she just said. At that point, it seems like Geraldine snaps back into sitcom mode; it’s unclear if she remembers what she just said, but Wanda certainly does – she keeps questioning her.

That’s when Wanda notices something else strange: the pendant Geraldine is wearing. It’s a symbol of a silver sword, surrounded by a circle. Sharp-eyed Marvel fans will recognize it immediately: it’s the symbol of the Sentient Weapon Observation Response Division – aka S.W.O.R.D., which was first teased at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. The organization is similar to the now-defunct S.H.I.E.L.D., which deals with superpowered beings and events. The fact that Geraldine, as casting announcements have already revealed, is actually Monica Rambeau, only deepens the mystery, although it does confirm that there’s someone involved on the “outside” of Wanda’s dream reality.

The necklace isn’t the only time the symbol shows up in the episode, either. At the very end, Geraldine/Monica gets thrown out of the dream reality forcefully, crashing through what looks like a force-field bubble and landing, surrounded by tendrils of Wanda’s signature red magic, on the ground. When a bunch of soldiers approach her on the ground, the S.W.O.R.D. symbol appears to be visible on the sides of their vehicles, too, suggesting that they’re there monitoring whatever Wanda’s situation is too. We might not have all the details yet, but S.W.O.R.D.’s involvement is clearly starting to play a major part in the show.

JoJo Siwa is the “happiest [she’s] ever been” as a public part of the LGBTQ+ community. On Jan. 22, the 17-year-old performer and former Dance Moms star shared a Twitter photo of herself wearing a shirt printed with “Best Gay Cousin Ever” on the front. She also joined the “Pride House” members for a TikTok video. Her posts brought in messages of support from celebrities and fans alike, as they assumed JoJo was coming out. The following day, she addressed the conversation and opened up about her sexuality during an Instagram Live with fans.

“Personally, I have never, ever, ever been this happy before, and it feels really awesome,” JoJo said. “I’ve been happy for a little bit now. It’s just so, so, so awesome.” She thanked her network for all of the love and encouragement she received after her social media posts. She continued, “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been; that’s what matters.”

During the Instagram Live, a fan asked JoJo if she subscribed to any labels. “I have thought about this, but the reason I’m not going to say this answer is because I don’t really know this answer,” she responded. “I think humans are awesome; I think humans are really incredible people. Right now, I’m super-duper happy and I want to share everything with the world, but I also want to keep things in my life private until they are ready to be public.”

She used the opportunity to support her fans of all sexual orientations, especially those who are struggling to come out. “Right now, what matters is that you guys know that no matter who you love, that it’s OK. It’s awesome, and the world is there for you. There are so many people that are there for you. I know everyone’s situation is different and it might be harder for some people and easier for some people to come out or be themselves, but I think coming out has this stigma around it – that it’s this really, really scary thing, but it’s not anymore.”

JoJo continued, “There are so many accepting and loving people out there that it’s OK. Of course people are going to say it’s not normal, but nothing is normal. Literally not one thing about anybody is normal, and it’s OK not to be normal, it’s OK to be a little different, it’s OK to be a little weird, strange, different. That’s something we should never, ever be afraid of.” Watch her full Instagram Live below.
